Quality customer service. Gavin Legg, the sales guy came out to greet me in the parking lot (on a hot June day no less). We shot the breeze while waiting for lending agencies to approve a loan. Nice snack bar, coffee and tea options, comfy waiting area. Negotiated with me on price enough that I was happy to make the deal. No complaints.
So happy with my van purchase. Chris did an amazing job and made the process of buying seamless. Would recommend purchasing from this dealership and will be going back soon. Thanks again Chris for all your help!

They are very good at explaining the services that will be needed today on your vehicle. They always wash my car and when it's done they come get you and explain everything again. Today was my second visit to Ramsey Subaru. The first was in December when I purchased a 2025 Forester. Love this SUV and the 31 mpg is Great. Today I returned for routine maintenance. An oil change and tire rotation. Amanda checked me in and kept me informed. The facilities were clean and made the short visit enjoyable.
I heard friends rave about how Paul Moser treated them getting a Subaru of their choice and have now experienced same. Paul reserved and expedited a Subaru Wilderness for us. His interactions with us exceeded our expectations, I have never had an unveiling of a new vehicle before and it was great and special. He and Mark in finance took time to understand our needs and tailored their add on programs and financing options to fit us. Both super personable and highly efficient. Paul gave us a great overview on the Wilderness that was informative and not over whelming, just right. We look forward to working with Paul and Mark in the future and am loving my “Wild” thing.
